Guest guest Posted October 21, 2007 Report Share Posted October 21, 2007 first want to apologize for not being able to read all of the emails about this and still impulsovely responding- I live in new england & if Ihave a smoothie now I am soooo cold my body ytemp goes down & I get hungry-even if the smoothie is about 400 calories but if I have a banana & apple some walnuts or almond butter and a pear/apple & some greens- i feel great I eat each one in my time chewing and taking time for it I don't get cold & feel energized just athought btw I do enjoy my smothies in the summer :-) Emrawfood , " Elchanan " <Elchanan wrote: > > It's not " not drinking enough " .
