Guest guest
Caron (or anyone) One more question. When you mentioned 2000-2300/ cal per day--to me that sounds like a lot; though I dont count calories so I have really no *sure* way of knowing how much I eat daily. Is there an overall guide as to how much we should eat per day based on bodyweight and activity that isnt based on SAD? I tried fitday on and off over the years on and off only to get frustrated with the concept of counting--though I always count servings and moderate certain foods like nut butters and oils by measuring by the tablespoon (a real tablespoon, not just a large spoon). Guest guest
Hi Carla.. For calculating how many calories to use as the base (CBA), I suggest Using Nutridiary: HYPERLINK " http://www.nutridiary.com/ " www.nutridiary.com It’s quick, easy, and we include it as part of the 4th program in our free “Getting Started on the Path of Health” teleconference series.
