Hi Suzanne,

I can see why you might experience blood-sugar management and energy issues

at times, with all these high-fat, system-clogging foods ... and I have a

question: What caused you to believe you had " candida " in the first place?

Best,

Elchanan

[Raw Food] Re: Candida: A Blood-FAT problem, not a blood-sugar

problem

I don't want to upset people because I am not 100% raw and I do eat cooked

meat, but here is what I eat:

upon awakening 1 1/2 oz. of wheatgrass juice

breakfast - green smoothie (raw kale or spinach, strawberries or

raspberries, stevia, gr. flaxseed, coconut oil)

lunch - large green leafy salad with chicken, olive oil and applecider

vinegar

dinner - cooked salmon or chicken, large green salad, sauteed greens

If I want to have something carby, sugary, or chocolatey, I use ground

almond meal, unsweetened raw cocoa, stevia and xylitol. These baked good are

cooked but I would like to make more raw stuff but I am new and don't know

how yet.

Hope this helps.

Susanne
