Guest guest Posted October 17, 2007 Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 Ingrediants needed: Carrots Beetroot Sprouted green gram cashews Alomonds (soak it overnight and peel it skin and chop it) Dates Honey Pomegranates Finely chop carrots ,beetroot, cashews and dates .Mix it with green gram sprouts ,pomegranates and almonds in a mixing bowl.Add honey to it.Decorate it with dry grapes and serve chilled. This recipe is very good for the skin and hair. As far as possible go for organic products.
