Guest guest Posted October 15, 2007 Report Share Posted October 15, 2007 Sorry I'm late jumping into this discussion. Joe and Neal were discussing soy vs. cocoanut milk. My question is this: Since I don't like either of them, what are the relative merits of various other milk substitutes such as almond, rice or oat milk etc.? Other nut milks, grain milks or bean milks being used out there? I am currently using almond milk, but with the new law saying raw almonds need to be pasteurized I'm looking for alternatives.
