Guest guest
Gustavo, Would you be willing to describe the fats in your diet? (Nuts, seeds, oils, avocado, olives, etc.) And would you be willing to describe whatever juicing you may be doing? Elevated blood fat is at the root of virtually all the so-called " blood-sugar problems " . Candida, if present, are merely a symptom of blood-sugar mismanagement. We can access the information you seek indirectly and at a cost to you of zero, simply by discussion the fats in your diet. When people process fruits into juices, they typically remove the fiber ( " pulp " ). When we separate the sugars in the fruits from their natural accompaniment of fiber, sugar absorption accelerates. This can create a short-term sugar hit ... but in and of itself, this would not typically cause a structural blood sugar mismanagement problem. Rather, it would occur more as a series of distinct and uncomfortable experiences. Maybe the sugar fron the fruits is feeding the candida. How can it be tested and treated. Regards Gustavo
