Guest guest
Greetings. I hope to be able to contribute to this group one day. Being a " newbie " I am just learning so I don't have much to add right now. But just wanted to thank you for this interesting and active group and thank you for ur helpful responses to my previous questions. I am not in very good health and I am now on several medications that I finally--after resisting medications whenever possible--gave in and began taking some medications that may help me with different conditions. My question today is: How badly are these medications going to work against my raw food diet in improving my overall health? I am not fully raw yet--and actually the medications help me get out of bed so I can shop, exercise and make myself healthy salads etc-- and therefore I am better able to do the raw food diet. But I am feeling discouraged because these medications are disgusting to me and I know they are polluting my body. One med I take actually is giving me skin tags whenever I take it. I know that is NOT good. So on one hand I am improving my health with raw food diet and polluting my body and health at the same time?? Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.
