Juice - Smoothies

[in a juicer - do not have to add water. In a vita mix - add water]

These are just ideas for combinations & amounts to get you started.

AAA Juice

6 carrots

1 apple

2 stalks of celery

½ handful of wheat grass

½ handful of parsley

½ beet

Alkaline Special

¼ head cabbage (red or green)

3 stalks of celery

 

Almond Milk

1 Part (soaked overnight and drained) Almonds

4 Parts water & Blend

 

Cantaloupe Juice

cut into strips and juice

The 3 C's [Carrot, Celery, Cabbage]

3 - 4 Carrots

1 - 2 Celery stalks

Small wedge cabbage

 

Sweet CAB Drink

5 Carrots

1 Apple

1/2 Beet

 

Carrot/Apple Juice

6 carrots

2 apples

Carrot/beet/cucumber juice

4 Ounces of Raw Beet (with leaves)

3 Ounces of Raw Cucumber

9 Ounces Raw Carrot

 

Carrot/spinach juice

6 Ounces of Raw Spinach

10 Ounces of Raw Carrots

Carrot Blush

1 beet

5 - 6 leaves of Romaine or other leaf lettuce

3 - 4 leaves of spinach

 

Body Cleanser

4 carrots

½ cucumber

1 beet

Carrot Lemonade

4 - 5 medium carrots

1/2 medium lemon

1 apple

1 small wedge red cabbage

1 small piece of Ginger

Carrot juice with dandelion

8 Ounces of Raw Carrot

8 Ounces Dandelion

 

Peppers Galore

1 Green Pepper

1 Red Pepper

3 Celery stalks

1/2 Cucumber

5 Lettuce leaves

 

Muscle Beach

5 Handfuls Spinach

1/4 cantaloupe, with skin
