It depends on what operating system your PC is using, if it

is windblows then no, if Linux/BSD then there is Krecipe

and some others I can't name right now.

On installing Krecipes an option appears thus;

" Krecipes can import nutrient data from the USDA's nutrient

database for over 400 foods. A total of 43 food properties

are included for each food, such as energy, fat, vitamin C,

etc. "

Note that this is *free* software.

Whether it fits your requirements, you'd have to appraise it

yourself.

We've been using Nutridiary -- we like a few of its features better -- and

we have an unpublished tutorial (audio + handout with screen shots)

available upon private request, compliments of the Path of Health Community.

[Raw Food] Nutrition Software ??

Does anyone know of a good nutrition tracking program?

I know there are variables in soil, however I want a program that you could

weigh / measure everything you eat and the program would calculate exactly

what nutrition was in it and compare it to the ideal (personal targets)

amounts of nutrients that you entered.

You should also be able to enter nutritional profiles for new items.

No OS dependence, just go online, as previously suggested today by more than

one person.
