Guest guest
Does anyone know of a good nutrition tracking program? I know there are variables in soil, however I want a program that you could weigh / measure everything you eat and the program would calculate exactly what nutrition was in it and compare it to the ideal (personal targets) amounts of nutrients that you entered. You should also be able to enter nutritional profiles for new items.
Guest guest
You can register for a free account on www.nutridiary.com. You just plug in the ammounts of the foods you consume each day, and it will give you a nutritional analysis. I love it. You can also track your measurments and current weight, your exercise, and water intake. It will list you how many calories you burn with various activities throughout your day. Give it a try. Hope that helps =) ~Sarah mstrong56 <mstrong wrote: Does anyone know of a good nutrition tracking program?
