Erica, I believe what you mean to say is that most people have heard of it.

This has nothing at all to do with whether they comprehend it.

Example: The second most-recognized word in the world is " Coca Cola " . So

people have heard of it. But how many of these people have the foggiest idea

what it is, or what it does to them? Virtually none.

Oh, and in case someone just got curious, the #1 most-recognized word in the

world today is ... " okay " . :):)

And you keep referring to various people as " esteemed " and the like. Look,

most of the most " esteemed " scholars throughout history have been entirely

wrong. The only question was when this became apparent. Perhaps the most

esteemed of all, Aristotle, was 100% ... yes 100$ ... wrong in his ideas

about how the Universe was organized and operated. Yet, for nearly 1500

years, his teachings were gospel ... quite literally. People were actually

tortured, burned, etc. for disagreeing with his ideas.

Let's consider what's actually said on its own merit, not on the basis of

the mouth from which it emerged, okay?

Best to all,

Elchanan

People tend to get all excited about this or that,

Most people are pretty familiar with B12 deficiency, except for total

newbies. I didn't see anybody over-reacting, though. It's important to note

that other esteemed researchers and raw educators suggest limiting fruit.

That is just one raw food theory. Peace, Erica
