Guest guest
Durian is, as we all know, a tropical fruit that is a fat (and smells like a gas leak, LOL) Next year I will be in Thailand for about 5 - 6 months, working out up to 6 hours a day in the tropics. I was thinking of adding Durian to my smoothies, etc. I'll be doing superfoods there, but otherwise do want to do a low-fat fruitarian diet (with 40 cent pineapples, I won't have time or room in my stomach for anything else - LOL!) For intense training, how would you alter your diet? Just more of the same? And would you still keep durian to a minimum? I will definitely be doing a few young coconuts a day, milk and meat, in my smoothies. Thanks, Erica
