Today before my brother left to travel home, our mother served some saos (savoury flat biscuits - crispbreads?) with cheese and cabanossi or tomatoes on them, and the boy was asking for some, so I came up with a raw version he could have - apple slices with grapes sliced on top ;o) Funnily enough, he then had to fight off his uncle and grandparents, who seemed to think his looked better than theirs, hehe. This is about as complicated as I like my recipies ;o) 1 apple a handful of grapes Core apple, then slice into 1/4 " thick slices (or slice, cutting the core out as you go) Cut grapes in half, arrange pieces on top of the apple slices - 1 grape per slice of apple Serve Caron Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
