Creating Health From the Inside, Out (WAS: Lump in breast)

Cysts, polyps, and tumors are all toxic waste dumps in the body ... quite

literally. The body constructs such structures when it cannot eliminate or

otherwise store an overload of metabolic trash and toxic inputs. The

presence of such structures in ANY form serves as a message from within

one's body that things are not going well AT ALL.

Treating the symptom only addresses the symptom. It does not address, in any

way, whatever in your diet and lifestyle are causing all this trash to

accumulate inside you in the first place. You can have all the -ectomies

your heart desires and not change this one iota.

I do not remember who initiated this thread, but whoever you are, I urge you

in the strongest way, as did Erica before me, to shift your focus toward

creating health and away from treating or even talking much about the

symptoms. If you begin learning how to live healthfully, this symptoms and

MANY others that, I promise you, are present within you will all begin to

vanish from your life.

If you do not, then you will continue shuffling symptoms until you expire. I

realize that sounds strong. I mean every word.

Best,

Elchanan

Re: [Raw Food] Lump in breast

Hello potential917,

I use to get cysts (mastitis) quite often around my menstrual periods, most

of which would go down on their own. I remember some being quite tender and

painful. One time I had one that lingered on, so I aspirated it with a

needle and syringe which was the common procedure back then. It turned out

to be a blue dome cyst, which would have eventually absorb on it's own. In

fact that was the way the doctor I worked for determined whether it was a

cyst or a solid tissue.

I know of several women who have had lumpectomies with out any problems.

With breast cancer on the rise, I think doctors are overly cautious about

any type of lump in the breast today.

As soon as I went thru menopause, I have not had any more cysts.

Sharon,

EXACTLY. That is EXACTLY what they are. They are actually a sign of

the body's intelligence and wisdom. They are not the enemy, nor are

they villanois. It is all one thing: health. Removing them will not

remove the problem. erica
