Guest guest
Hi Erica and all, We should, perhaps, be more precise here and avoid overly optimistic claims. MOST variants of cancer, up to a certain point of degeneration, reverse in the presence of a HEALTHFUL raw diet and other lifestyle changes ... rest and stress reduction being far and away the most timely. After these, activity, fresh air, sunshine ... all the things that sustain health, serve to create health in the first place. Herbs toxify the system and actually retard the body's efforts to resolve the cancer. I am presently aware of no exceptions to this statement. Throughout all of Nature, every living organism cleanses every part of itself in every moment. By a " healthful raw diet " , I mean one rich in high-water-content foods, foods low in starches, fats and proteins, high in water and all water-borne nutrients. Dehydrated foods will actually work against the body in this (or any) cleansing activity ... only in this case, your life may really be at stake, and high-fat foods in this situation can amplify any blood-sugar problems and associated experience of tiredness, defocusing, etc. Best, Elchanan _____ Erica [schoolofrawk] Thursday, October 04, 2007 8:33 AM rawfood Re: [Raw Food] Lump in breast I'm curious to know what you did about it and what the > > results were. Cancer is 100% reversible with diet. Lumps, too. I myself would do the cancer-curing herbs (red clover, chapparral) and a juice fast, etc, before operating/removing things. As well as rebouding and skin- brushing, etc. In 30 days you should be even able to see/feel a difference.

You are absolutely right. It can absolutely be mental, spiritual, etc. The best approach is multi-faceted. Not just diet, and even when it comes to diet, many fail because they are not aggressive enough, plain and simple. > > Herbs toxify the system and actually retard the body's efforts to resolve > the cancer. I am presently aware of no exceptions to this statement. Even the bible says " let herbs be your medicine " . I would have to totally disagree with this. Have you studied the works of Dr. Schulze and his successes? What about Dr. Christopher? Having used herbs, seen it work, and researched them, I have to say that I love them and would always employ them, and especially in terms of disease. Red Clover will address cancer, big time. Chapparral shrinks tumors, and so forth. What I would urge MOST for anyone looking to improve their health, in general, is to research many areas, not just diet and not just one " guru's " way of doing things. So many have had success using different (although largely similar) modalities. There's The Hallelujah Diet. There's The Gerson Institute. Dr. Ann Wigmore. There's Dr. Schulze / Dr. Christopher. All of these people have reversed very bad cases of cancer (as well as other diseases) naturally and so they all have merit to me. And they were all similar but different in ways. I cannot refute or simply ignore that. Erica
