Guest guest
I need some good recipes that are raw food or almost all raw food. I am the only vegan in our family of a very large size. My mom says that Vegan foods are always bland and the only way to change that somewhat is to have a lot of money (I have very little). I made a raw carrot soup with some carrots, celery, Brazil nuts (it called for almonds but we did not have any and I figured if Brazil milk is delicious...so is soup. It had onions and bell peppers too. I blended it all up with three cups of water and it was terrible. To smooth maybe and tasted too much like carrots. I usually make a large salad without dressing because we do not have any or the ingredients on hand to make good dressing yet. I got tired of that and went to Veggie sandwiches. I can be a huge sandwich, with all veggies and it is different every time but it needs to have a lot of lettuce, greens, and some onions and must have a tomato and if I had some avocado, I would us that too. I am sprouting lentils and cannot wait for those to be done. Some mustard on top of all the greens and such, makes it delicious. I am looking for something new though and I am very much open to the idea of using food from the garden and the wild. Thank you, Shawn Gadwa Michigan
Guest guest
Do you eat very much fruit? That is yummy on its own and very easy-- just eat. Or make a smoothie, or a soup/sauce.
