Guest guest Posted September 21, 2007 Report Share Posted September 21, 2007 Hi everyone! I'm Lee from Canada, and I'm new to the whole raw deal and stuff. I was vegetarian for a year, didn't do a very good job of it and lost too much weight, then I was put on a nutritional program by my social services to monitor my health because I was anemic. Well now I'm in pretty good shape and I want to go veg/raw more vegetables. I'm going to start slowly because I have the social services still monitoring everything I'm eating and doing, which is severely annoying. Once my weight really starts to go up and I have more money in the bank I won't have to go with my worker every month to the food bank just to satisfy his need to see me being fed as much food as possible. Why is it when somebody is skinny they -must- have something wrong with them? .-. Anyway, its good to be here, and I'll keep people updated on how my transition goes, from adding more fruits into what I normally eat, and phasing out processed stuff, to finally being fully raw, or at least fully vegetarian again I hope, or this 80/10/10 thing which makes a lot of sense to me.
