Don't see it that way Margaret. They are primarily thinking

of themselves. All prime motivation is selfishness, and

strives to satisfy what 'I' needs. If one is an expert and

it is valuable to the individual it means position. And

positions are either defended or promoted in order to

maintain that position.

 

And will you please spell guru correctly!
