Hi Caron,

What a gift your son is in your life! We keep seeing him as a source of

constructive contrast. I imagine this helps you get very clear, at times,

about where you are. Yes?

Elchanan

Makes perfect sense, as always ;o) He doesn't drink a lot of water, usually

a sip now and then throughout the day, more on a hot day...Hence the

half-cup of water sitting on the bench ;o) I drink litres of water a day,

but we've already established that I'm chronically dehydrated, and will be

till my

health gets back on track.

More true than you could know, and in so many ways. As far as I can see, he

is a great example of health (about as good as I'm likely to come across at

the moment, anyway) - he reacts very quickly, and very definitely, whenever

something isn't right, whether it be dietary, environmental, or otherwise.

I'm just so glad he recovers as quickly when things are set right. Most

people see this as diminished health - having to " restrict " diet to avoid

allergies - or high maintenance, but I see it as that clear and simple

handbook most new parents ask for ;o) Usually, if I have the presence of

mind to try the same things for myself, it works just as well for me as it

does for him. Just need to convince myself that I deserve it too ;o)
