Guest guest
Hi Janet, This needs to stop. I will just finish by saying that you CAN incorporate raw eating LESS THAN 100% and STILL reap the benefits of it. To me a loving, passionate, romantic, and fair view and feeling of life is comfortable with eating " bad " food treats every now and again. While on the other hand, it requires much fear and trepidation to NEVER allow yourself a sensory pleasure related to eating a " bad " food. Some might call that education, but I'm no Vulcan. Think chocolates and wine on Valentine's day with your mate. Chocolate sure as hell isn't good for you and neither is wine, according to the RAW FOOD natural hygiene doctrine. And I'm sure many raw-ers still drink coffee, which is way worse for your health than meat. Joe
