I am set to receive a bag of Damson plums in my CSA share, and I understand they are quite sour. (of course, there have been quite a few things that people have said were sour that I liked) I have searched for recipes but only found cooked recipes. I have no experience with plums of any kind. I am up for putting agave syrup on the plums, or blending them into something with something that is sweeter. Do any of you know what to do with Damson plums? Thank you.
