The Path to Sanity (was: Re:i must be crazy

It sadly was the last piece for me... I've had many years of 12 step

programs to clear many addictions - and therapy to clear much childhood

abuse... and beyond... spiritual guidance and study. I wonder how much

healthier I'd have been over the years if I had found raw earlier. Ah

but perhaps my mind, emotions and spirit had to be ready to recieve

this better way that is so far away from our " sick norm " . Perphas had I

not done some of the work in the above I might not have the capacity to

stay with it.

 

Perhaps when more people get it and we can find nice fresh salads and

fruit bowls in resturants or just raw buffets then it might be easier

for people to follow this path. I do think you have to have some

strong motivation and a bit of courage to go agaisnt the norm here.

 

Eating is such a basic thing.

 

Anyway - I think as a whole - raw foodists are ahead of the pack on

many levels. That is neither good nor bad... someone has to be " pack

leader " as Ceasar Milan on National Geographic always says. Now what

IS the name of his show???
