Guest guest
It sadly was the last piece for me... I've had many years of 12 step programs to clear many addictions - and therapy to clear much childhood abuse... and beyond... spiritual guidance and study. I wonder how much healthier I'd have been over the years if I had found raw earlier. Ah but perhaps my mind, emotions and spirit had to be ready to recieve this better way that is so far away from our " sick norm " . Perphas had I not done some of the work in the above I might not have the capacity to stay with it. Perhaps when more people get it and we can find nice fresh salads and fruit bowls in resturants or just raw buffets then it might be easier for people to follow this path. I do think you have to have some strong motivation and a bit of courage to go agaisnt the norm here. Eating is such a basic thing. Anyway - I think as a whole - raw foodists are ahead of the pack on many levels. That is neither good nor bad... someone has to be " pack leader " as Ceasar Milan on National Geographic always says. Now what IS the name of his show???
