Menu example for an all raw vegan adventure:

5 course meal $110.00 per person

including all drinks, dishes and table set-ups.

 

Soup:

Cilantro Dumpling cream soup

 

Salad:

Spinach Paradise

with Baby Spinach, Straberries, Raisins,

Green Peppercorn and Agave Mustard Dressing.

 

Appetizer:

Aubergine Roussillon

Small Eggplants delightfully filled with tomatoes,

Red Bell Pepper, Leek, Parsley, Olives and Garlic,

" gratine " with a Basque style Almond Cheese.

 

Entrée:

" Poached " style Mock Salmon

on a bed of Fennel with Black Currant Sauce,

served with Leek Béchamel and marinated Carrot Curls

 

Dessert:

Casata Siciliana

Ricotta style Almond Cheese with Coconut,

layered in thin crisp hempseed crust.

 

It is an elegant dinner for over 2 1/2 hours, just like in Italy or France,

 

Other menus with 6 and 7 courses are also available.

 

Ursula is the only chef in Orange County and LA who can offer it all:

Raw, vegan, vegetarian and cooked foods, in a luxury way,

each food selection on its own, or partially mixed, or all combined.
