Hi everyone ~

I found this one the web...so everyone can come to their own conclusions...

As for me, I'll continue to drink it daily...beats what I used to eat!

I would have to Agree with Elchanan about the starch. Starch is

converted to sugar by the body and drinking this in concentrated

amounts just is not natural, like carrots and beets. If you are at

all concerned about about your blood sugar levels than i would not

reccomend jucing starchy foods. Eaten whole would be a better option

especially for people with blood sugar issues.
