Guest guest
A number of times I've noticed posters mention taking on a raw diet and their spouse not doing so, or not keen to. Here is a suggestion that anyone can do. One possible way you may persuade them is by comparing your urine, by colour, clarity and smell. (I'm not gonna suggest you drink it . If you are on a balanced raw diet and no medications or smoking then your urine is likely to be of the highest quality, whereas a diet of animal fats in particular will be dark yellow from the bile needed to break down the fats (bile is also known to be very bitter, it's the horrible bitterness in our vomit) and fried foods will impart an unpleasant smell. The differences are quite obvious as the quality of diet directly affects what is in the blood and therefor what is in the urine. If you are brave enough to touch the end of one finger to a fresh sample of your urine and put a drop on the center of the tongue the difference would be utterly conclusive when comparing raw (probably no taste) and poor (probably bitter). for my own experience, just collecting and smelling was the one thing that really made me aware of my diet and prompted significant changes towards a raw diet. Urine is an excellent way to monitor one's state of health which you may already do by litmus testing, but checking it for clarity and smell is also very informative; always with fresh! The reason I suggest this is because your urine is a reflection of the state of your blood; remember the kidneys filter the blood to balance nutrients and fluids and take out what is not needed at that time. That is all. If your partners urine is dark, or cloudy or smelly make them understand this is what their blood is like and let them compare to yours. and for your finale make it clear (if you need to) that no illness can exist in an akaline environment. i.e. the body, then compare litmus tests? neal. Guest guest
Neal, are you involved in the health care industry in any way, researcher, doctor, clinician, etc.? Regardless, your partner should be VERY lucky to have you nearby. If you know of any other man like yourself in this way, please refer him to this group. Us women need to read more from men like you. -Tiffany neal <kneel.pardoe wrote: A number of times I've noticed posters mention taking on a raw diet and their spouse not doing so, or not keen to. No, just read a lot and tried for myself to see what is what. > Regardless, your partner should be VERY lucky to > have you nearby. If only she'd known that 15 years ago. Unfortunately she had grown to dislike me by that time and I joined in a shortly after. > If you know of any other man like yourself in this way, > please refer him to this group. LOL. Sorry, but I'm a one-off, as are you and every one of us. > Us women need to read more from men like > you. why, when you can do the same yourself. > -Tiffany thankyou for listening. neal.
