I have brought raw butternut squash soup and had in a standard stainless

warming plate but instead of having the little cans of fuel under it, I

put small candles " and " kept a pencil thermometer sticking out of the

soup for all to see... :)

 

It was great, stayed warm at 100 and once you get the right

" candle_count " the dish is very presentable.

 

There was something very cool to watch and that was the people gravitate

to the candle lit food in a sea of cold raw food!

 

I don't have the Butternut recipe handy but this one is close...
