Harsha,

Elevated blood sugar and related " conditions " such as hyper/hypoglycemia,

diabetes 2, chronic fatigue, etc. are caused by elevated blood fat. Elevated

blood fat inhibits transport of glucose from the blood into the cells. The

glucose then backs up in the blood stream, creating what are commonly and

incorrectly described as " blood sugar problems " . I've written a great deal

on this, in the archive.

Humans are designed to consume whole foods, not fractional foods. ALL oils

are among the " ultimate " fractional foods; everything ... carbohydrate,

protein, fiber, and most nutrients are removed when the oil is " extracted " .

Also, you cannot eat for single nutrients. Science presently is aware of

some six-figure number of nutrients. Trust Nature's design, eat whole foods.

Again, there is MUCH more on all this in the archive. Search under subjects

such as " blood sugar " , " diabetes " , " satiation " , etc.

Best,

Elchanan

PS: Please update your subject lines. I almost went right by this one :):)

What about UDO oil with DHA from algae? It is supposed to have a lot

omega-3 which is good for high blood sugar and the heart. I would love

to know the views of the experts here on the commercial omega -3 oil.
