Guest guest Posted August 12, 2007 Report Share Posted August 12, 2007 I have been vita mixing okra pineapple and sometimes egg plant with mint water, sometimes 1/2 lime, carrot. The acid elements seem to disolve the sliminess of the okra, and the added items enhance the taste. It is a work in progress, and anyone with additional suggestions would be welcome.
