Guest guest
Hello All I am new to the whole raw food lifestyle. I baught a book yesterday on raw food and found it to be the answers to my problem. I am overweight and addicted to cooked food and all junk food. I want to get healthy and live a better life in this body of mine. I so badly want to get started tomorrow living raw but am in a tight budget. I am a single mom who was laid off from work due to them shutting down and would like any advice on how and what I can do to eat in the raw on such limited budget. ANY ADVICE ANYONE CAN GIVE ME WILL BE OF GREAT HELP AT THIS TIME. I do have a health food store in the city I live but its about 45minutes away. I know that some of the raw and organic foods are kind of pricy and am trying to avoid that untile my living situation gets better. I am really tired of living in a fat/sluggish body and want to get thin, vibrant, and healthy. Martha
Guest guest
ANY ADVICE ANYONE CAN GIVE ME WILL BE OF GREAT HELP AT THIS TIME. Welcome!!! Raw foods is the way to go! For some awesome inspiration, check out Valerie Winters' blog, and how she's lost over 100lbs since spring already: http://greensmoothieexperiment.blogspot.com/ How awesome for you! You do NOT have to be rich to be raw. Dr. Ann Wigmore, the raw foods pioneer attributed with putting raw " on the map " , so to speak, did it for VERY cheaply. Sprouting is pennies a day...
