Guest guest
ELCHANAN: The law is what the courts say it is, period. That you suggest that " citing case law is meaningless " informs us only that you know nothing whatsoever about law. TEV: You seem to be having your periods. As usual you are mistaken and full of your pathetic, overblown arrogance. Much of what we call law is legislated, statutory law, which may or may not derive structure from common law, or case law. Your puerile attempt to discredit my comments by suggesting that I " know nothing " only demonstrates to me that you are confusing me with the character Schultz from Hogan's Heroes. John Banner (January 28, 1910, (Vienna) – January 28, 1973, (Vienna)) was a Jewish Austrian actor. Ironically, he is best known for his role as a World War II German soldier, the comedic Sgt. Hans Schultz on the television situation comedy Hogan's Heroes. On this show, he had this famous saying " I know nothing! Nothing! " Image:Http://mikesnoise.typepad.com/photos/uncategorized/schultz.jpg ELCHANAN:While " public " can refer to the general public, please believe me when I tell you that in the context of ANY government contracts, and including any employment contracts, it means " government " 100% of the time. All " public servants " (government employees) are government servants. TEV: I don't care what you believe, Elchanan. You stated that " public always refers to the government " . Your assertion is incorrect, false, overarching, etc.. That is the point of dispute. All the rest of this is irrelevant. ____________________ The experience of dynamic religious living transforms the mediocre individual into a personality of idealistic power.
