Tev,

The law is what the courts say it is, period. That you suggest that " citing

case law is meaningless " informs us only that you know nothing whatsoever

about law.

While " public " can refer to the general public, please believe me when I

tell you that in the context of ANY government contracts, and including any

employment contracts, it means " government " 100% of the time. All " public

servants " (government employees) are government servants. All

" public-benefit corporations " (having been created by some government, and

including all so-called " nonprofit corporations " ) are government-benefit

corporations. And all flesh-and-blood humans who have a social security

number attached to them function in the world as corporations virtually 100%

of the time. In other words, they act as persons (corporations), not as

people. That's the law. And that's why we are asked to contract (give our

signature) almost continually nowadays ... that we may act as SSN-designated

corporate creatures and so enslave ourselves at every turn. (14th-Amendment

" citizens of the United States " only). Read any bank or brokerage contract

.... look for the language where you affirm under penalty of perjury that you

are a " United States person " . The United States possesses no capacity to

create creatures of flesh and blood, but only corporations. So by

definition, ALL " United States persons " are corporations ... and by their

own, voluntary (though given in ignorance, for the most part) declaration!!

The Supreme Court has been most clear about the meaning of " public " and of

" private " , this area of case law is deeply rooted in the common law, the

Roman law ... in other words, this has not changed in eons.

You cannot learn law from a dictionary, Tev.

Oh, and by the way for those who may be interested, " private " has nothing to

do with " privacy " , another common misconception. The " right to privacy " , to

whatever extent is may (or may not) be held to exist, is a civil right

pertaining only to corporations (and including those tagged with SSNs.)

God-given rights, as expressed in the Declaration, pertain only to creatures

of flesh and blood, that is, to people, not to persons.

This completes my participation on this topic in a free forum such as this.

Re: [Raw Food] Language: " Public " Means " Public "

..

I share your concerns, Elchanan, but you are misstating

and misrepresenting the facts. Public can refer to " government "

or " the people, " among other things.
