One point I was trying to make - unsuccessfully it seems - was that long

term successful healing diets seem to have the same 80-10-10 ratios. And,

what seems to be more important is what you DON'T eat, than what you do

Elchanan, this is the 2nd time you have responded to an " Erica " with regards

to a raw retreat post. This is confusing me - Is the person from the Raw

Retreat also named Erica? This would then make sense to me. Otherwise, I am

confused here because I never made the comment so how could I be coming on

board here?
