Hello Belinda, I read your reaction to the 80-10-10

diet and I can understand what you are going through

having had a similar experince. The key to my success

was SPROUTS! Half of what you eat should be some sort

of sprout. I grow my own sunnies (sunflower seed

sprouts), my own wheatgrass and pea greens. I also

sprout mung beans and always mix this with my salads.

I am very active physically and manage to go to the

gym 5 days a week. I no longer feel tired and look

younger than my 57 years. I believe its what you eat,

not what you don't eat. Raoul

Thanks for the info. I have known for sometime that sprouts were

like some kind of super food. I have not eaten much of them because

they are hard to find in our groceries. And it seems when I do find

them, they are already kind of old and wilty.

Perhaps I need to look into sprouting my own. I could get a bigger

variety that way. I like them on my salads. Maybe they would be

good in smoothies.
