Guest guest
Very little tissue is needed for the implantation of an egg the size of a head of a pin. What isn't used, in a healthy, clean, body, will be reabsorbed by the body with minimal elimination, if any. The fertilized egg is called a zygote, and that grows to a mass of cells that form a hollow ball called a blastocyst, then cells begin to differentiate and form into an embryo. (However, it is also correct to call an embryo anything from a fertilized egg up until the eighth week.) As this transformation takes place, the tissues surrounding the new life remain and prepare to protect and nourish. So, the tissues there at the time of the " period " are only preparing for a very small embryo, not a fetus, and not a baby. There are raw food eating mothers that have claimed not to have a bloody period and to have conceived children brought to full term. I recently heard of one, and she has three children. If I run across it again, I'll be sure to post a link to the source. Personally, I think it would be great if there was no need for an industry that finally figured out the benefit of wings. ;-) I guess the Menses Industry finally hired a woman to design their products...or something! Without the extra tissue and extra blood, the uteruas would not be prepared for a baby. What you are speaking of(no more monthly shedding of blood) is in no way a natural state for a fertile woman to be in. It is like saying, my body is so healthy and non toxic, that I don't sweat anymore, or no more mucus needed to get rid of bacteria, viruses and toxins in the body. By the way. Not all women have cramps and bloating. I have discovered that a healthy diet and excersise does prevent the cramps and bloating or decrease the severity of it. The same for PMS. It has got to where I can seldom even tell when my menstrual cycle is to begin. I have to keep looking at the calender. Oh and a lot of money is being made on toilet paper, tissues, cottonballs, diapers, etc. So what? Belinda The body clearly has no use for the material it has to eliminate. When women eat cleanly and live healthily (fresh air, sun, exercise, etc.), the blood, and material that is shed, begins to dissipate. There is a lot of money being made on this bloody issue, and lots of trash going into landfills. Why not consider it another reason to attain good health? Personally, I'm OK with not experiencing the bloating, the cramps, and the BLOOD. If I feel good, that is a symptom of healthy living. Who needs a bloody period? If we were all slender, low body fat would be " normal body fat " . Healthful living means that the body does not have to utilize or create a system to eliminate foreign matter. It is OK not to have a bloody period. The monthly cycle is not stopped. The healthy, fit body is still fertile, though not exhibiting symptoms (hemorrhaging) from wrongful living. " Janet Yes, and no, Janet. Yes, a healthy body is fit and fertile, but bleeding has not been proven to mean unhealthy living. You are right that a lot of the " norms " are off for what's truly normal, but women can still get too low body fat. Anyone can. Fat is not evil!
