questions on mental fuzziness and fasting as a couple

I have been 100% raw since March 21, 2007, and I have been feeling

much better, but for the last couple of weeks I haven't felt as well

as I think I should be. I don't have the energy or the get up and go

that I was initially experiencing. I also seem to be mentally fuzzy

and depressed and seem to get overwhelmed quite easily.

 

I have contemplated fasting for a while now, but have been unsure of

what type of fast, water ,juicing, etc., and how long to fast. DH was

also thinking of fasting, and it would be great to be able to support

each other through this, but would it be better for each of us to fast

separately so that we aren't both burnt out at the same time, assuming

that we would become burnt out and tired.

 

I would appreciate any feedback.

I would recomend the Master Cleanse. Drinking the lemonade really kept my my

energy up even when teaching three consecutive aerobic classes during my fast of

34 days. The usual length of the fast is 10 days, but many start with three or

five days.

If you aren't familiar with it, just look up Master cleanse on the internet

search engines.

I still use the lemonade for an energy drink even when I am not fasting (beats

coffee anyday)
