Guest guest
Hi Mark, Thanks for sharing your feelings, for providing an accurate subject line :), and particularly for this: ___ To me it is all becoming simple (finally). My thought is that health is 20% what you eat and 80% what you DON'T eat. You can eat all the nutrient dense, organic, non-GMO stuff you want. You can be one of the colon cleaning people. You can take all the supplements you like. HOWEVER if the walls of your arteries are coated with crap then none of the good stuff or oxygen can make it to your organs and they will become diseased in order of their weakness in your particular body. ___ I could not agree more ... what we stop eating contributes far more, in may respects, than what start eating. In fact, if we simply stop eating for awhile (a.k.a., fasting), we cleanse and rebuild in remarkable ways and at a remarkable rate. The guy doesn't seem to be motivated by self promotion or trying to get you to sell the latest multi level crap. He seems motivated to share what he believes, which seems mostly grounded in common sense. Doing so takes TIME with no personal reward other than helping others on the way. To ALL that spend their time helping newbies and others trying to sort it all out, THANK YOU. To me it is all becoming simple (finally). So, (IMHO) job #1 is to not eat things that coat your arteries (animal products, DAIRY and oils). Make sure you maintain a circulatory system where blood, oxygen, nutrients can actually get where they need to go and used stuff can return to where it needs to go. This is the 80% of what is important (what you are NOT eating). Only then does what you are eating matter, because now it can get where it needs to go and make a difference.
