Guest guest
Hi Mark, Thanks for sharing your feelings, for providing an accurate subject line :), and particularly for this: ___ To me it is all becoming simple (finally). My thought is that health is 20% what you eat and 80% what you DON'T eat. You can eat all the nutrient dense, organic, non-GMO stuff you want. You can be one of the colon cleaning people. You can take all the supplements you like. HOWEVER if the walls of your arteries are coated with crap then none of the good stuff or oxygen can make it to your organs and they will become diseased in order of their weakness in your particular body. ___ I could not agree more ... what we stop eating contributes far more, in may respects, than what start eating. In fact, if we simply stop eating for awhile (a.k.a., fasting), we cleanse and rebuild in remarkable ways and at a remarkable rate. Best, Elchanan I think this is totally awesome and true, too. Well put! I give it another thumbs up, I guess...
Guest guest
That is true. Fasting has helped me quite " remarkably. " I used to have a once-a-week headache. Fasting cleaned me up. I am almost presentable. tev Elchanan <Elchanan wrote: Hi Mark, Thanks for sharing your feelings, for providing an accurate subject line :), and particularly for this: ___ To me it is all becoming simple (finally).
