Greetings everyone,

Janet FitzGerald posted this in the PathOfHealth group, and I sense some in

this group might appreciate what Janet says. Her husband, Michael, had a

" serious ear infection " (one of many, this has been a chronic symptom in his

life) and followed our approach, which means trusting Nature's design and

creating health from the inside, out. So he did ... nothing at all, except

for a 36-hour (or so) fast. Problem solved ... hopefully permanently!

Enjoy!

Update on the ear:

Today is day five and Michael reported that a " bunch of gunk " came out of

ear in the shower this morning. Yuk. But, that's good. I think he's over

the infection. He took nothing for it. He fasted for 33 hours starting on

the second day, had a smoothie to break the fast and a salad for lunch (with

Amy's salad dressing...bad, bad), and fruit for dinner.

I'm wondering if his body has finally had the chance to clean up this

chronic problem he's experienced off and on over the years. Time will tell.

Thanks for the support, guys and gals!

Congratulations, Janet, for holding fast to your convictions, for trusting

Nature's design. The ONLY way to " eliminate " the chronic problem is to allow

his system to complete, once and for all, the cleansing and restoration

process it has begun so often in the past. Whether there is additional,

secondary cleanup remains to be seen, but at the very least, I sense that

the main body of his body's work in this regard is complete.

Bravo!!!

Michael's the one that deserves the congrats. I did nothing. Thanks, just

the same, though! He already knew from experiencing that acute

fever a month or so ago, that fasting, water, and rest really do work. And,

he's read some Shelton, which never hurts. :) He's nudging me to try my

first fast on Memorial Day weekend.

Btw, I'm not missing another pound...I mean, I released another one.

Heheheh.

Oh, and I had a huge salad for dinner last night with a mango/red pepper

dressing. It almost had the consistency of using avocado, which can't be all

bad. :)))
