Hi Anna,

 

Continuing my backlog cleanup, found another post from you.

 

From my perspective, you are SO close here to a wonderful paradigm shift ...

I feel a great desire to encourage you forward. What you observe about

stimulation applies in every area of our lives. I am not saying stimulation

is " bad " , not at all!!! Rather, I am saying that the differences between

pleasure and joy, stimulation and nourishment, excitement and enthusiasm are

all the SAME difference. And these distinctions apply equally to all of us,

large and small, regardless of our blood type, Ayurvedic type, or any other

real or imagined type. For we are indeed all of one species; we are

fundamentally the same and unique at the same time, all the time.

 

And you need not worry about nutrients. Once you STOP eating those foods

that leach nutrients FROM your system, you'll stabilize and be just fine.

thats interesting.....

 

i have found though that the lower the stimulation from the food the less

bad stuff i want...this has been said many times in other areas..too much

variety is detrimental when it comes to human desire..from mating to car

buying..too much choice is confusing and over stimulating so were never

satisfied.

 

if i got bored i would take that as a sign to branch out and vary my

diet..im not anal..no ocd here..i dont expect to be overly rigid..but i do

want a regular base of foods that i can count on being ripe and

pleasurable..

 

see..i have in the past bought tons of fancy raw gourmet foods just either

throw it out rotten or overeat it....this is cuz im still thinking sad rules

about shopping....theres a difference when eating regular raw

foods....shopping is whipping in and whipping out from 2 aisles in the

produce section..bing bang done....and i actually eat it..saves me all kinds

of money...

 

but i did wanna make sure i wudnt cheat myself out of nutrients...but ill

rotate..
