Guest guest Posted May 11, 2010 Report Share Posted May 11, 2010 Corn & Radish Salsa 2 cups cooked corn kernels 1 small finely chopped avocado 4 small thinly sliced red radishes 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) 1 clove crushed garlic 4 teaspoons olive oil 4 teaspoons lemon juice 1.
