Guest guest Posted May 2, 2010 Report Share Posted May 2, 2010 Marinated Capsicum (Bell Pepper) Salad 1 red capsicum (bell pepper), sliced 1 green capsicum (bell pepper), sliced 1 chargrilled yellow capsicum (bell pepper), sliced 1/2 cup olive oil 8 teaspoons chopped capers 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley 1. Chargrill capsicum (bell pepper) until tender. Place in a large glass bowl and allow to cool to room temperature. 2. Add remaining ingredients and gently stir to combine. 3.
