Guest guest Posted May 2, 2010 Report Share Posted May 2, 2010 Super-Fast Capsicum (Bell Pepper) & Walnut Rice 1 packet 90 second rice 1 red capsicum (bell pepper), finely chopped 2 sticks celery, finely chopped 1/4 cup chopped parsley 30 g (1 oz) vegan margarine 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts salt and pepper, to taste 1.
