Guest guest Posted March 14, 2010 Report Share Posted March 14, 2010 Chargrilled Pineapple 1 pineapple, peeled, halved lengthways 1/2 cup brown sugar 1. Preheat barbecue chargrill on medium high. 2. Cut pineapple into 1 cm (3/8 " ) thick slices. Place in bowl. 3. Add sugar to pineapple. Toss to coat. 4. Cook pineapple for 1 minute each side until caramelised. Serves 8.
