Make Your Own Baking Powder!

Hi Pat,

One of the important tips I give people when they start

cooking gluten free is to learn to experiment. Don't think

that you're going to get everything right every time.

Sometimes experimentation goes back to basics too. Gluten

free baking reacts differently.

So, in that spirit, here's a recipe for Corn Free Baking

Powder to experiment with the next time you cook up

a recipe that calls for baking powder.

Enjoy,

Angie.
