I'm not sure how one would judge the simplicity but the best

transition recipes are in " Eating without Heating " . This is written

by raw teenagers FOR unraw teenagers (Sergei and Valya Boutenko).

Wow that's tough! Good for you for not resorting to packaged stuff.

 

I'm thinking simple so remember : trail mixes, celery and carrots and dip

you can make out of mustard and mayo mixed, potato salad, rice pasta salad

and maybe a pot of homemade refried beans(using kombu to thicken) with sweet

potato dipping chips.
