Guest guest Posted February 1, 2010 Report Share Posted February 1, 2010 Balsamic Garlic Beans 500 g (17 1/2 oz) green beans, trimmed 2 garlic cloves, crushed 8 teaspoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons olive oil 1. Cook beans in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Drain. 2. Place garlic, parsley, vinegar and oil in a screw-top jar. Secure lid. Shake to combine. 3.
