Guest guest Posted February 1, 2010 Report Share Posted February 1, 2010 Baked Corn with Pesto Butter 20 g (3/4 oz) vegan margarine 2 teaspoons basil pesto 2 corn cobs, husks removed 1. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F). 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper (parchment). 3. Combine butter and pesto in a bowl. Place corn on prepared tray. Spread with butter mixture. 4.
