Guest guest
He is just now on a GF diet. My plan is one month of the entire family GF and see how we are all doing. Not a vegan diet. I would like to work towards that, but sometimes we have to take baby steps. At night now I read to the 3 boys and then we do streching and breathing exerices. Omega 3s are a good recommendation to try as well. If he continues to have the rash and emotional issues, I'd explore the possibility of other allergens/sensitivi ties. Yoga and meditation may help him find a sense of emotional balance and calm. I haven't read the book that Sally recommended but it sounds like a good book. I'll have to check it out. Good luck with your son. I hope you figure it out and he gets better. A lot of stuff like this is trail and error, but at least your trying to be a good mom and help him get better. I hope you find an answer! On Tue, Jan 5, 2010 at 11:11 AM, Karen Peeler <peelerk > wrote: > > > James is basically healthy. He has a rash on his face that does not seem to > ever go away.
