Hello and happy new year to all! My husband came across this article while we

were traveling this weekend and I truly think it finally brought home to him

what my concerns about gluten were. It's a good mix of no-nonsense MD talk and

scientific references. Just the thing to send to the skeptical or resistant.

check this one from the Karina's World gluten free goddess blogsite where she

talks about having to accept the gluten free lifestyle for the rest of her life.

It is sobering.
